Shock/Blunt Impact Testing and Quick Reaction Product Solutions

AgileNano has developed high caliber shock tube testing, blunt impact testing and rapid product development capabilities during its evaluation of AgileZorb for different markets. AgileNano is now offering these capabilities as a service.

Our 21' long by 6" diameter shock tube is fully instrumented (to 500K samples/sec) and faithfully simulates a classic Friedlander curve for closed or open in-tube testing. Testing can be accurately performed from 4 psi to 20 psi static pressure.

Blunt impact testing can be performed by firing golf ball, baseball, or other objects at velocities in excess of 150 mph. The blunt impact test chamber is also fully instrumented (to 500K samples/sec).
